Vigilant Defenders provides cybersecurity services including penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, compliance consulting, and related advisory services. All service engagements are subject to a separate service agreement and statement of work agreed in writing between Vigilant Defenders and the client.

3. Authorised Use

Any penetration testing, security assessment, or related technical services are performed solely on systems and environments that the client is authorised to test. Vigilant Defenders requires written authorisation before commencing any technical engagement. Clients warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions for all systems included in the scope of any engagement.

4. Confidentiality

Vigilant Defenders maintains strict confidentiality of all client information, including but not limited to: system details, vulnerability findings, infrastructure details, and business information. We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any technical discussion begins.

5. Intellectual Property

All reports, methodologies, and materials produced by Vigilant Defenders remain the intellectual property of Vigilant Defenders until full payment of the applicable engagement fee, at which point ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vigilant Defenders’ liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of or reliance on our services.

7. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or any system connected to it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
